Sto per sottoscrivere un contratto di locazione ad uso civile abitazione in un appartamento qui a Bologna, soliti anni 4+4 ma nel Contratto è esplicitamente prevista una visita minimo mensile del Locatore presso i locali: mi chiedo se non sia un po’ invasivo/eccessivo, anche se non ho niente da nascondere ma, soprattutto, se è legale (e normale) una richiesta del genere. 2 months agoA me la banana piace dura. Il mio ragazzo me la propina sempre molliccia… come faccio a farglielo capire? Dal punto di vista delle caratteristiche quali sono i vantaggi di prendere una banana dura piuttosto che una molliccia? Una banana dura la lasci anche per giorni lì senza che accada nulla… ad esempio.
5 months ago…ho aperto anche un Facebook che rappresenta me e basta (ne ho/abbiamo un altro dove siamo io&lui).
